Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases May 14-20:

William D. Martin III, 38, pleaded not guilty to violation of a protective order. He was found guilty, fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. 

David William Parnell, 28, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $120 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. 

Levi Michael Besaw, 29, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $300 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Savannah Lynn Geaudry-Sack, 18, pleaded guilty to theft. She was found guilty, fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to jail for 180 days with 179 suspended. 

Rocky Matthew Cote, 27, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. 

Linda Darlene Ferris, 36, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Shad Michael Gerdts Bown, 18, forfeited his bond for speeding, going 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was fined $30 and charged $35 in court costs.
