Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from May 7-13, 2010:
Daniel L. Albrecht, 37, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was found guilty, fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.
Naomi Schoonover, 42, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license – expired less than 180 days. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Porsche Jean Sherlock, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - second offense. She was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended.
Joshua Ryan Christiansen, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $200 and charged $85 in court costs.
Mary Helene Arlet, 46, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.
