Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases from April 24-May 7:
• Leticia Lujan, 34, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail, fined $350 and charge $35 in court costs.
• Rose M. Garrison, 24, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, fined $350 and charged $35 in court costs.
• Cody W. Altman, 26, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, fined $300 and charged $35 in court costs.
• Joshua C. Ritzschke, 31, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $300 and charged $85 in court costs.
• Travis H. Krause, 38, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without a valid license - expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
• Rocky Armijo, 34, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license - expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.
• Lacey Nicole Gipe, 27, forfeited her bond of $50 for a speeding violation, going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.
• Ryan Richard Reum, 29, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to vehicles on through highway. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
• Kinsey Kay Learn, 18, pleaded guilty to theft - first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and ordered to pay $231.18 in restitution.
