HAMILTON – The Pirates and Lady Pirates split on the tennis courts Friday with both boys and girls teams shutting out the Broncs 7-0 and then falling to Corvallis 2-5 for the boys and 3-4 for the girls. Grabbing a double bagel victory for the boys Brady Hislop defeated his Hamilton opponent 6-0, 6-0 while doubles team Tyler Dupuis/ Quaid Harlan won their match 6-0, 6-1. Hislop continued his winning streak adding a win against Corvallis.
Lady Pirate Olivia Hewston also posted undefeated games winning her match 6-0, 6-0 against Hamilton and girls double team Mollybeth Hendrix/Taylor Rost grabbed a 6-2, 6-0 win. Against Corvallis doubles team Shawna Lenz/Mollie Lemm put up a 6-0, 6-0 sweep.
Polson will host Stevensville and Columbia Falls May 3.
