I have worked with Rick Schoening on a professional basis with the Polson Police Department for approximately two years. During that time I observed him interact with the public on numerous occasions and have been impressed with his ability to treat people with the utmost respect and fairness.
Rick is able to articulate his thoughts and ideas to others without being condescending or abrupt. When handling calls for service, Rick assesses each situation and reaches a successful and equitable solution to the problem.
Rick Schoening’s education and background is well suited for the position of Lake County Sheriff. I believe he will work for the citizens while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
If elected as Sheriff, Rick will demand accountability and a strict work ethic of those employed by the office.
The citizens of Lake County would be fortunate to have a person of Rick’s integrity lead the Lake County Sheriffs office.
