Robert Lee “Bob” Richardson
POLSON — Robert Lee “Bob” Richardson, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson.
He was born on Jan. 26, 1940, in Missoula, the son of Thomas L. and Kate (Meese) Richardson.
He was united in marriage to Sharon Hayes in 1987. He was active in the Spark–n–Throttle Car Club, 4x4 Jeep Club, the Model A Club and the Cruisin’ by the Bay Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Bobby, Jr., and step-son Brook Smout.
He is survived by his wife Sharon; his son Richard and family; his daughters: Jana, Joen and Jill; his step-sons Eddy and Patrick Smout; many former foreign exchange students and his constant companion, Bandit.
Cremation has taken place and there will be a gathering for family and friends held on Saturday, July 12, 2014, from 3- 5 p.m. at Boettcher Park in Polson. There will also be light refreshments served.
