Color with friends
POLSON — An adult coloring program entitled “Egg-Stra-Ordinary” will be held from 2-4 p.m. in the library’s meeting room. What a winter. You are invited to celebrate spring and color’s return with us. All coloring supplies are provided and you may also bring your own.
We also provide snacks and soothing music for a fun and relaxing session.
Hear the history of the theater on the lake
POLSON — Fresh off Port Polson Players Theater production of “Twelve Angry Men,” Neal and Karen Lewing will speak at Polson Kiwanis Club on Thursday, April 4, downstairs in the Koostatah room at the KwaTaqNuk Resort from noon-1 p.m. The Lewings will share stories of the history of the theater on the lake and performances over the years that included members of the community and several generations of youth from the area. The public is welcome to attend.

POLSON — Come and support SoupsOn and JourneyBe at their indoor spring sale happening at JourneyBe, 101 Seventh Ave. W, on Friday, April 5, from 3-6 p.m. and on Saturday, April 6, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. There will be vendors, a bake sale, an estate sale and more. Bake sale donations are welcome.

Accordion Association holds dance
POLSON — The Northwest Accordion Association will hold a community dance on April 7 from 2-5 p.m. at the Elks ballroom in Polson located on Main Street. The music is not just accordion music. There is a variety of music you can listen to or dance to. You do not have to be a member of the Elks or the Accordion Association to attend, sing or play. However, if you do sing or play you don’t pay. Admission is $2 for members, $3 for non-members, and $5 to become a member of the MVAA. Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there.

POLSON — The April Friendship Table Dinner is on Friday, April 12, from 5-6:15 p.m. at the Polson Presbyterian Church, located across from Linderman School. Come join us. This dinner is free and open to all.
Saturday, April 13
Enjoy Easter event
POLSON — On Saturday, April 13, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Super 1 grocery store, the Easter Bunny will make an appearance with buckets for the kids, face painting and cookie decorating. There will be a barbecue and bake sale with proceeds going to the local Lions Club for kids who need glasses.
This event is sponsored by Nancy’s Kids, Super 1 and Frito Lay.

Dance in Polson
POLSON — Join us for the community dance in the ballroom at the Elks on Main Street on Wednesday, April 17, from 7-10:00 p.m. Ken’s Country Combo will provide the music. They play a variety of country and vintage rock and roll. We have Ken Kenmille (guitar and vocalist), Richard Tobel (lead guitar), Liz Steele (accordion), and Betty Carter (southern vocalist). This week we celebrate April birthdays with a cake. Snacks also provided during break at 8:30. Beverages are available for purchase in the bar. Everyone is welcome. Elks membership is not required. The cover charge is $5. Come and check us out.
