Quilters delay meeting by one week
RONAN — The Mission Mountain Quilt Guild will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept 11, one week later than normal. It will be held at the Terrace Lake Community Church in Ronan at 6:30 p.m. It’s yearly dues time. Invite a friend to come to the meeting and join in the fun and refreshments. Also, take advantage of the great classes put on by members of the guild during the year. Remember to bring your show-and-tell items; everyone is welcome.

Child screening held in Ronan
RONAN — Mark your calendars for our annual fall Child Find event on Friday, Sept. 14. This free screening will be held at the K.W. Harvey Elementary School in the Special Needs Preschool classroom from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Children ages birth to five years old, who live in the Ronan/Pablo School District, will be screened. Dinner supports St. Luke Foundation projects
RONAN — The 18th annual St. Luke Community Healthcare Foundation Dinner is on Friday, Sep. 14, at the Ronan Community Center. Join us for a spectacular evening featuring a no-host cocktail reception at 6 p.m. and gourmet dinner at 7 p.m., along with live and silent auctions. Enjoy Ronan Harvest Fest
RONAN — The Ronan Area Chamber of Commerce will hold their annual Harvest Fest and Dutch Oven Cook-off from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Ronan Visitors’ Center on Highway 93. The day includes food and craft vendors, the Trail of Bales voting, the Dutch Oven Cook-off, emergency services displays, a vintage tractor display and kids’ games. There will be lots of family fun. See you there. The dinner bell for the Dutch Oven Cook-off rings at noon. All proceeds go to the Ronan Beautification Committee. Call 406-676-5323 for more information.
