ST. IGNATIUS — The St. Ignatius Senior Center will hold a yard sale on May 4, 5, and 6 from 9 a.m. -4 p.m. at the senior center. Donations are being excepted.

First day of Fort Connah Spring Open House held
ST. IGNATIUS — The Fort Connah Restoration Society will host their annual Spring Open House Rendezvous, which depicts life during the fur trading era of Montana, on Saturday, May 5, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and on May 6 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. This is a great opportunity to see the 1847 historic Hudson’s Bay Fort Connah Trading Post come to life. This event is free to the public. Fort Connah is located 6 miles north of St. Ignatius at mile marker 39 on Highway 93. ST. IGNATIUS – Opening day for Mission Falls Market is Friday, May 11 from 5-7 p.m. on the corner of U.S. Hwy. 93 and Mountain View in St. Ignatius. Join the market for a Mother’s Day special event featuring free crafts, games, and music. Buy fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, various crafts and sundries. SNAP benefits are accepted this year. Empower Montana holds event for teens, parents, educators, community
ST. IGNATIUS — Empower Montana will hold an event for teens, parents, educators, and community entitled “Unboxing Gender Teach In.” Polson Police Sergeant George Simpson will give a presentation on consent, sexual assault laws and other important information to complete the evening. This event takes place from 5-8 p.m. on May 15, at Mission Valley United Methodist Church, 70715 Highway 93. There will be pizza and door prizes. (3 OPI renewal credits are available and SKC CEU’s applied for) Pre-registration is advised – call FRHRC at 406-745-4259 for more information.
