Memorial Services planned at Jocko Cemetery
ARLEE/ST. IGNATIUS — The Mission Valley Honor Guard will have Memorial Day Services on Monday, May 29, at 10 a.m. at the Arlee Jocko Cemetery, 11 a.m. at St. Ignatius Pleasant View Cemetery and at 11:30 a.m. at the St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery. Church rummage sale to benefit Relay for Life
ST. IGNATIUS — The Mission Valley United Methodist Church will hold a rummage sale at the church located at the top of Post Creek Hill on Highway 93, on June 3 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Some items will be from an estate sale. All proceeds to benefit Relay for Life.

Summer school planned in Mission
ST. IGNATIUS — The St. Ignatius School District will provide a summer school program Mondays-Thursdays, June 5-Thursday, June 22, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Call 406-745-3811 x 3 for more information. Food services in the Elementary School Cafeteria will serve breakfast from 8:30-9:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

ST. IGNATIUS — The Flathead Joint Board of Control will hold their regular meeting on the second Tuesday of the month, June 13, at 1 p.m.

Run for fun in Arlee
ARLEE — On Thursday, June 22, join the Fun Walk/Run 1-mile or 5K at the Arlee Celebration Grounds. The Walk/Runs start at 9 a.m. Registration Forms can be picked up and submitted at the St. Ignatius, Arlee, or Elmo Tribal Fitness Centers. Late registration takes place at 8:15 a.m. on June 22. The Fun Walk/Run is part of Tribal Health’s Being In A Good Way – Strengthening Our Families Celebration. Events will be occurring all weekend. Plan to join the fun.

Join the fun at the St. Ignatius Volunteer Fire Department Auction
ST. IGNATIUS — The St. Ignatius Volunteer Fire Department Fireman’s Auction will take place on Saturday, June 24, at 11 a.m. at the Old Town Field. Concessions begin at that time and include hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and ice cream. Meals will be served until the end of the auction at approximately 5 p.m. (Purchase a meal and you’re entered in the door prize drawing.) The silent auction starts at 11 a.m.; the live auction starts at noon with raffle drawings and door prizes. Raffle tickets will be sold before the auction for a ½ beef; a whole hog cut and wrapped; and a .308 rife with scope. To donate auction items please call 406-531-4082 or 406-745-4266.
