Horsemen to meet
RONAN — The Tuesday, April 2, meeting of the Mission Valley Back Country Horsemen will be held at the V.F.W. Hall located on Round Butte Road. POLSON — The Northwest Accordion Association’s regular jams will be held from 2-5:30 p.m. on April 7, May 5 and June 2, at the Elks in Polson.

Pizza Cafe holds fundraiser to benefit the Ronan City Library
RONAN — For the second year in a row Pizza Café will hold a fundraiser ever Friday night in May. The Pizza Cafe will donate a portion of their pizza sales to the Friends of the Ronan City Library. You have five Friday nights to enjoy great pizza and support the library at the same time. All monies raised will be used to benefit the Ronan City Library.
We urge you to come down to Pizza Cafe and encourage all your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and teachers to make Friday nights, Pizza Night for the Library.
This fundraiser starts Friday, May 3 and runs each Friday night in May at the Pizza Café, located at 62953 U.S. Highway 93 in Ronan.
Neighborhood gatherings continue
POLSON —Polson Heart and Soul continues its neighborhood gatherings Monday, May 20 from 6-8:30 p.m. Everyone of all ages is welcome to attend, with special emphasis for those living in the Minesinger Trail area. Good conversation and a free dinner are planned and babysitting services are available. The neighborhood gathering will take place at the conference room of the “mansion on top of the hill” above the Mission Valley Aquatic Center. The address is 145 Southlake Crest. Polson Heart and Soul project is holding more than 20 of these gatherings to find out what you think about Polson. Folks are invited to engage in a friendly conversation with your neighbors, ultimately to help develop a stronger, healthier Polson while preserving the best. You are invited to let your views be heard and to listen to what others have to say on a variety of topics. The schedule of activities includes dinner from 6 – 6:30 p.m., small group conversations within groups of three, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.; and sharing with discussion led by Polson Heart and Soul staff from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Come join your neighbors and visit about the future of Polson. Spring show to highlight students’ fine arts
RONAN — On May 20-21, at 7 p.m., Ronan High School will present the “Ronan Fine Arts Spring Fling.” The event will feature drama, band, choir and art students’ work. There will be many performances at the Event Center as well as a student art show in the grand commons area. Tickets are $5 and available at the door or at the Ronan Middle School office. The advanced art class will also be holding a silent auction on student designed Vann’s shoes.
