Fun movement to music planned at library
POLSON — “Movin’ to the Music” will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 15, from 5-6 p.m. at the North Lake County Public Library. The holidays are over, winter is truly here and you know you need to move your body … is there any way to make this fun? We here at the library think so. We invite you to join us premiering a new kind of program called “Movin’ to the Music.” Drawing inspiration from a variety of sources, this multi-generational family-friendly hour of movement will explore several ways of incorporating gentle movement and music. It’s colorful. It’s rhythmic. It’s what January needs. Wear comfy shoes.
