Annual Veterans Day spaghetti dinner held
ARLEE — Arlee’s American Legion annual Veterans Day spaghetti dinner will be held on Monday, Nov. 11, from 5-8 p.m. at the Arlee Senior Citizens Center, 34532 Wessinger St. (one block west of the Arlee post office). Audubon group to meet
KALISPELL — Dr. Charles van Rees, a naturalist and conservation biologist at the Flathead Lake Biological Station, will be the guest speaker at the Flathead Audubon meeting Monday, Nov. 11, from 7-9 p.m. in the Gateway West community meeting room in Kalispell. He will share the conservation story of ‘Alae ‘Ula, a water bird endemic to the Hawaiian archipelago. Charles will study aquatic invasive species at the FLBS. Irrigation district meeting scheduled
RONAN — The Flathead Irrigation District’s monthly meeting will be held on Nov. 11, at 1 p.m. upstairs at the Lake County Community Development Center, 407 Main Street.
Library closes for holiday
POLSON — The North Lake County Public Library will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. The library will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 10 a.m.
