Raffle tickets sold through Dec. 11
RONAN — The eighth annual “Community Spirit Basket Fundraiser” event, sponsored by Community Bank, will take place between Nov. 3 and Dec. 11. Local businesses/ organizations from the community donate baskets of goods and raise funds for the Ronan and Polson Food Pantries. Raffle tickets will be sold at the front desk at either of the Ronan and Polson lobbies for $1 and placed in the basket of the purchaser’s choice. (Need not be present for drawing.) The drawing will take place on Thursday, Dec. 11, in conjunction with the Ronan Chamber Roundup held at Ronan Community Bank from 5–7 p.m. The basket drawing will be at 6 p.m. Call for additional details at (406) 676-4600.

RONAN-PABLO-POLSON — The Community Bank “Holiday Dollar” Program, offering 0% APR Holiday Dollar loans to qualified applicants for purchase of goods and services in Ronan, Pablo and Polson, begins on Nov. 17. Public TV fund drive begins
PABLO — The KSKC-TV, a public television station owned and operated by Salish Kootenai College, is scheduled to hold their on-air fundraiser Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 10 and 11, beginning at 6 p.m. each evening. Viewers can call in bids and people are welcome to come to the campus at SKC in Pablo to participate in-person. The auction will be held in the SKC Three Wolves Deli, right next to the D’Arcy McNickle Library. Free refreshments will be served.
Participants are encouraged to arrive around 5:30 p.m. to get a good seat and enjoy the auction. The annual drive funds operation and maintenance of the only local TV entity in the valley.
Basket winners drawn at bank
RONAN — The eighth annual Community Spirit Raffle, sponsored by Community Bank to benefit Lake County Food Pantries, takes place at Community Bank Ronan at 6 p.m. on Dec. 11. Baskets are on display at both the Ronan and Polson Community Banks until the drawing date. Fundraiser for Brody
POLSON - The Glacier Brewing Company will be hosting a silent auction from Thursday, Dec. 11 from 5-8 p.m. in our tasting room at 10th Avenue and Main Street in Polson. We are raising funds to help purchase a bulletproof/stabproof vest for Brody, the Polson Police Dog. Cash donations are also welcomed.
