Hot Springs’ Organic Market offers nutritious food

HOT SPRINGS — Camas Organic Market is open Monday – Saturday from 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. at 300 Main St in Hot Springs. Customers will be able to earn the Double SNAP Dollars coupons on every Tuesday and Thursday starting on July 2.

Library begins monthly movie night

POLSON — Enjoy “Friday Night at the Library” on the fourth Friday of each month. North Lake County Library will show movies rated PG or PG-13 ( posted on our website) and make fresh popcorn. This program debuts Friday, Jan. 25. Be in the library before 6 p.m. to be included. Feel free to bring your own nonalcoholic beverage and snacks.

Recovery support available

RONAN —Recovery support is available for those struggling with addiction at The Never Alone Recovery Hall (Hwy. 93, old Boys and Girls Club), every day of the week. The Never Alone Recovery Hall is a peer support dropin center. We are simply recovering people offering our experience, strength, and hope to our community members who are struggling with addiction issues. All groups and services are free. Please feel welcome to drop in and check us out.

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays a noon meditation group is held and from 1-5 p.m. individual peer support is available.

Mondays a women’s support group takes place from 6-8 p.m.

Tuesdays there are recovery stories and videos heard from 6-8 p.m.

Wednesdays Narcotics Anonymous meets from 6-8 p.m.

Thursdays an early recovery skills groups meets from 6-8 p.m.

Fridays from 8-9 p.m. The Red Road to Recovery group meets.

Saturdays a co-dependent support group meets at 5 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m. special events take place (events change).

Family movie night happens from 6-8 p.m. on Sundays.

Rotary meets Tuesdays

POLSON — The Polson Rotary’s regular meeting are on Tuesdays at 12:15 p.m. at the KwaTaqNuk.

Celebrate Recovery ministers to anyone

POLSON — Celebrate Recovery Ministry takes place at Polson Foursquare on Sundays between 5-8 p.m.

All are welcome to join us each Sunday evening. CR is a Christ-centered 12-step recovery ministry for anyone with hurts, habits or hang-ups. The evening starts off with dinner followed by a teaching and discussion groups with coffee/dessert. Childcare is available. Discussion forum meets last Thursday of month

POLSON — Join our ongoing “last Thursday of the month” meetings held from 4-5 p.m. (or beyond) at The Good Coffee Roasting Company, 201 Third Ave., right behind Stutzman’s Furniture on U.S. Highway 93. “Polson Gather Round - Walk With the World” is a community discussion forum, where we discuss what is on our minds. We also discuss possible solutions, and specifically how they are related to climate change solutions. Thinking must be elevated past the political parties, and solutions should be fostered by community collaboration, as it relates specifically to the climate topic. Montecahto Club invites new members

 POLSON — The Montecahto Club meets the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. We are a social and service organization and sponsor a scholarship for a graduating senior, cook and serve lunch at “Soup’s On,” collect for the Food Bank, send Care packages to the overseas troops and help out wherever we can. Griz fans invited to visit, discuss new season

POLSON — Hey Griz Fans save the date. Come join us for a Griz Street and Gab on Feb. 6 at Glacier Brewing. Head Coach Bobby Hauck, along with his assistants and athletic department representatives, will join us for a brief signing day-visit on their way north. They will discuss the new signees and future expectations for the 2019 football season. Light refreshments will be served and it will be a fun fan event. The doors will open at 2 p.m. and the coaches and others should arrive about 3:30 p.m. Let’s show our support for the program and let these guys know how much we appreciate all their hard work. Introductory Zen meditation class offered

POLSON — Register by Feb. 15 for the Mission Valley Has Talent contest. MVHT is a fundraiser for the Helping Hands Fund. Talent show rules and registration forms are available at: www.missionvalleyhastalent. org, and at schools and many businesses in Lake County. Contestants can register and pay fees online, or download a registration form, complete, include the fee and mail to the Helping Hands Fund, P.O. 1094, Polson, MT 59860. IGNATIUS — The Flathead Reservation Human Rights Coalition will hold a potluck and conversation on responsible consumerism in a 24-hour media cycle with media cycle Shanti Johnson (a Humanities Montana presentation).
