RONAN — “Lamb of God” is a sacred work by soloists, choir and orchestra to benefit the St. Ignatius Mission fresco restoration. This is a special Easter Eve performance at the Ronan Performing Arts Center. The performance is free but donations are welcomed. Performance begins at 7 p.m.

ST. IGNATIUS — On Saturday, April 20, at 10 a.m. sharp (don’t be late), the St. Ignatius Chamber will sponsor an Easter egg hunt at the St. Ignatius High School football field. There will be a raffle and bake sale with casseroles and baked goodies at the St. Ignatius Senior Center from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Help raise money for the Mission Mountain Pageant. There will be prizes for each age group: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12 years old. You will have an opportunity to take your picture with the Easter Bunny.

KALISPELL — Flathead Audubon will host a field trip to the West Valley ponds in Kalispell on Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m.-noon. The group will visit several ponds in the West Valley area including the new public bird viewing area. Expect to see lots of migrating waterfowl and look for shorebirds, raptors, and early passerines. Roads will be both paved and gravel. This trip will be primarily driving. POLSON — The Parents as Teachers Home Visiting program is celebrating Earth Day with a fun-filled “Group Connection” from 3:30-5 p.m. in the Lake County Health Department’s conference room, 802 Main Street. Families with children under 5 years old are invited to come and enjoy some sensory play, crafts, and learn about planting seeds and other ways to enjoy and care for the Earth. Snacks will be provided and each family will receive a book about Earth Day. The PAT program is a free, voluntary program that provides twice-monthly home visits with age-appropriate activities for children from birth to age five. We also provide developmental screenings, information and referrals to area resources. Families can be enrolled in the PAT program as soon as mom is pregnant, which many moms-to-be and dads find to be very helpful, since babies don’t come with a manual. RONAN — Ronan cleanup days begin on Wednesday, April 24. Meet at the Ronan High School football field where bags and gloves will be supplied for clean-up from 3:45-6 p.m. Ronan students will be pitching in. There will be a dumpster available from April 24-28 to put any collected trash into.

POLSON — Polson Pachyderms will host a community discussion from a video by Mr. Reagan called “The Brains Behind Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.” It explains the ultimate goals of Alexandria’s campaign manager based on professed philosophy, which combines Nazism and Communism with threats of violence. POLSON — The North Lake County Public Library, 2 First Ave. E, will host the Montana Conversations program “Montana UFOs and Extraterrestrials” with Joan Bird on Friday, April 26, at 5:30. The presentation is free and open to the public. Montana is home to some of the most significant, well-documented, and interesting UFO reports in the history of ufology. Bird gives a short course in UFO literacy, using Montana events to illustrate different aspects of the phenomenon. Montana seems to be a place where there is a lot of historical UFO activity.
