Watch ‘Death by Golf ’ through Aug. 27
POLSON — From Aug. 10-27 the Port Polson Players production of Gregg Kreutz’s comedy-mystery “Death by Golf ” wraps up Polson’s Summer Theatre season. When an escaped convict, an anxious bride, a scheming new husband, and a suspicious attorney all convene at Grandpa’s house, it doesn’t take long for Grandpa to realize he has to reschedule his golf game. This show pays tribute to the Players’ location on the Old Nine of the Polson Golf Course. Class for Caregivers given through Sept. 12
POLSON — Aug. 8 is the first day for the caregivers’ class. Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes are scheduled for six Tuesdays, Aug. 8- Sept. 12 in Polson. Time for the class is 10-11:30 a.m. The classes are sponsored by the Area VI Agency on Aging to help caregivers thrive in this most difficult life role. Revival, preaching held on three days
PABLO — The Spirit of Truth Church is holding revival services with Brandan Maddox of Springfield, Oregon, from Aug. 25-27. Maddox, who grew up in Mobile, Alabama, will be preaching at 7 p.m. on Friday, at 1 p.m. on Saturday and at 11 a.m. on Sunday, at the church, 59855 U.S. 93 Frontage Road (next to Forkhorn Loop). Rodeo fun begins
POLSON — The Flathead River Indian Rodeo will be held at the Polson Fair Grounds on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 25 and 26, starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and senior citizens, children 6 and under are free.
