View rare seashells, coral at MOAM
POLSON — Remember this coming Thursday, Sept. 27, is our fourth Thursday of the month and the free “Night at the Museum,” held at 6:30 p.m. at the Miracle of America Museum, in Polson. This program will start with viewing a recently donated rare seashell and coral collection of over 300 pieces. These were collected by a naval officer who served as chaplain aboard the USS Missouri and the USS New Jersey as he cruised around the world. Time permitting, we may show the documentary, “Smoke on the Waters,” the history of steam boating on Flathead Lake. Treats and donations are always welcome. If you have questions you can call 406-270-7895.
