ST. IGNATIUS — Stephanie Nicole Parker–Shepard, 21, passed away from injuries sustained in an auto accident July 2 on U.S. Highway 93 near Spring Creek. Stephanie is a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and is the daughter of Frank (Mary Jo) Parker and Chyrel Matt and wife of Vincent Shepard. A wake was held Friday in the St. Ignatius Community Center and funeral services were held Monday in the Center with burial following in the Adams Family Cemetery.
