ST. IGNATIUS — Charles Logan, 44, passed away Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 from injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Portland, Ore. Charles was Born in Aberdeen, Wash. on Nov. 30, 1965 to James and Christine (Lozeau) Logan. He was a member of the CS&KT Tribe. He was preceded in death by parents and sisters Julie and Esther.
