RONAN — Gordon P. Jore was born in Keene, N.D., April 30, 1937 to Benert and Merriam Jore. He passed away Sept. 14, at Mountain View Care Center where he had been a resident for the last several years. Gordon was a 1956 graduate of Ronan High School. He went in the Army the same year. He spent 18 months of his enlistment in Korea and four years after his discharge in the Army Reserve.  He was employed by Plum Creek for 15 years. He loved driving trucks, which he did for many years. His last driving job was hauling parts for his nephews at Jore, Inc.
