Melva Lee Imbert

PABLO — Melva Lee Imbert, 70, of Pablo, passed away on Monday, Oct. 24 at the Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Wash. Melva was born at home in Polson on April 16, 1941. She was the second of four daughters of the late Elwood “Shorty” and Leota Joy. While Melva was young she worked as a waitress in such places as the Hut Café and the Southshore Inn. She enjoyed bowling and in later years loved to play Pinochle and dance. Melva was married to William “Bill” Combs in 1959 and together they had two children, Barbara and Edward.
