Leonard McCravey

DALLAS, TEXAS — Leonard McCravey, 86, died July 15 in Dallas, Texas. He retired from a successful rodeo career of thirty years in 1980. He and wife Doris owned Ram Head Ranch in St. Ignatius for ten years. They moved to Ronan and built and ran the Timbers Bed and Breakfast. In 2009 they moved to Kalispell. Doris passed away in 2010. Leonard then joined his sister in Dallas. He was inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame in 2012. Leonard served in the army in WWII. He was laid to rest beside Doris in Kalispell, July 31, 2013.
