DIXON — Richard E. Brum, age 71, veteran, passed away on Friday, April 5th, 2019 due to cancer. He was born on March 7, 1948, in Billings, the son of William E. Brum and Eunice P. Stiverson. Rich is survived by his five brothers and three sisters. He is also survived by his three children, Michael L. Brum of Roanoke, Texas, Cory R. Brum of Reno, Nevada, and Shyann L. Brum of Ronan, along with his five grandchildren. Richard graduated from Billing West High School In 1967.
