Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases from Jan. 16-22: Shane R. Vanness , 36, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - third offense. He was found guilty, fined $1,000, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended. Seth Houston Williams , 18, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, and possession of intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 - over age 18, first offense.
