Judge James A. Manley sentenced the following people on Feb. 7: Angela Rachelle Guardipee , 30, of Ronan, was given a five-year sentence in the Department of Corrections with two years suspended for theft and bail jumping. Another bail jumping charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. According to a court document, Guardipee stole a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and sold it to a woman who was later pulled over while driving it in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Guardipee was ordered to pay $2,643 in restitution and given credit for 326 days served in jail. Douglas Basil Kenmille , 28, of Elmo, was given a five-year deferred sentence for drug possession.
