Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Aug. 15-28 :

Ion Vlagea, 62, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing-highway ahead obstructed.

Aubrey Maren, 23, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400 and $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Jessica Jayne Vierzba, 40, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Ivy Janel McGowan, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to display registration decals.

Joe Johnston, 43, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for prohibited operation, allowing underage operator without supervision.

Zdenek Kucera, 44, forfeited $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Sean R. Sandau, 42, forfeited a $200 bond and $35 in court costs for unlawful use of vehicle while hunting, harassing wildlife with a self-propelled vehicle.

Timothy Brester, 46, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.

Sarah Katherine Moore, 27, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit.

Jefferson Zeno Amacker, 77, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Davida Cecelia Medina, 27, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. She was fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended. Medina also pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. She was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. She also pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was found guilty and fined $50, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Davida Cecelia Medina, 27, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family member. She was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs, and 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Terry William Rubbert, 60, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was given a deferred imposition of sentenced fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Colby Ford Wolfenden, 27, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family members. He was fined $100 and $85 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended. Wolfenden also pleaded not guilty to destruction/tampering of communication device to obstruct/prevent/interfere with a criminal offense report. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Kendra Sue Gonzales, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license She was fined $165 and $35 in court costs.

Christina Jean Cryer, 37, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Jesse Ray Kuntz, 31, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Kuntz also pleaded guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Aaron Kupka, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for fireworks.

Lawrence Victor Sorenson, 54, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

The following individuals forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for littering - dumping/leaving any garbage/dead animal/refuse/debris: Brett Brodis; Frank J. Kleinsasser, 22; Victoria Vantasel, 18.

The following individuals forfeited a $60 and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Ethan Michael Kaplan, 24; Frank Allen Creasia, 61.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Jenny Nichole Comperda, 36; Joshua Wesley French, 39; Lawrence William Green, 69.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit: Casey A. Mcdonald, 34; Stanley E. Holder, 62.

Mark Hegyes, 58, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Leigh Corpron, 30; Timothy Patrick Devlin, 25; Jeremy James Pickering, 34.

William Randolph Breshears, 66, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.

Penny Palm Bucher, 48, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing.

Colton James Wheeler, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Francisco J. Valazquez, 24, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to register O/S MV when used for hire or person gainfully employed in Montana.

Alan Claye Withrow, 56, forfeited a $625 bond and $35 in court costs for no driver shall use alcohol, be under the influence of alcohol within four hours of going on duty, no possess. Withrow was also fined $50 and $35 in court costs for failing O/S MV when used for hire or person gainfully employed in Montana.

Grant B. Hanson, 67, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.
