Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Sept. 12-18:

Allen Dean Lindgren, 52, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of o.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kyle R. Mitchell, 21, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $85 in court cost and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Mitchell also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry or proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Christopher J. Alfiero, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ronald Allen Race, 46, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jesse Ray Snyder, 55, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Roy Kent Abbot, 49, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fine $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Sarah Hensler-Williams, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.

Timothy Jackson Youde, 39, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Youde also pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000. He was fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 19 days suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding ay limit of 70 mph: M. Patriia Lannen, 61; Timothy Brester

The following individuals forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Linda Ann Whitlark; Adelaid Reyes Calma, 29.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation: Justin Wade Koehn; 18, Brian James Stanley, 34; William David Kesting, 58; Kathy M. Beagles; James Robert Lindsey.

Dalton J. Olson-McArdie, 18, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operation, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: John Hayden Gormann III, 37; Gregory Osler, 94.

Matthew Thomas Madden, 40, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $40 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Henry Charles Thompson, 65; Maris Eileen Love, 51.

Evan Gayle Smith, 61, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
