Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Sept. 26 to Oct. 2:

Jim Harrell Jr., 54, pleaded not guilty to outfitting without a license. He was found guilty and fined $570, $35 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and had his hunting license suspended for 90 days.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Nikos J. Pastos, 48; Philip Marlow Thelen, 36; Nathan Chad Panek, 32; Gregory Allen Stone, 46; Michael Alan Veele, 21; Colleen Sue Ramsey, 60.

Bobby Gene Stinson, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Constance Michaela Rich, 32, pleaded not guilty to failing to have drivers license in immediate possession, license to be carried and exhibited on demand. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Bram Merrick O’Dell, 27, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent blood alcohol count or greater, second offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended.

Carlene Elaine Wills, 27, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was fined $150 and $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Joshua James Garfield, 30, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to two days in jail.

Katherine Rose Schiedermayer, 25, forfeited a $50 bond for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

Richard Theodore Hunter, Jr., 36, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Natasha Leigh Seeley, 29; Scott Keith Sullivan, 30; Lysbeth Warren Anderson, 82.

Billy J. Norwood, 30, forfeited a $100 fine and $85 in court costs for criminal trespass to property.
