Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases during September:
Jacob Pillen, 33, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and operating a vehicle without insurance. He was fined $200 and $70 in court costs. Pillen was sentenced to six months and 10 days in jail, with all suspended.
The following people forfeited a $50 bond for speeding: Cindy Galt, 53; Richard Jason, 67; Vicki Doty, 55; Timothy Olson, 50.
Marion Gibson pleaded guilty and was fined $60 for speeding.
Allea Swaney, 58, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance and a seatbelt violation. She was fined $270 and $35 in court costs. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended.
Jeffery Cates-Weaselhead, 32, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without insurance, and a seatbelt violation. He was fined $420 and $70 in court costs. He was sentenced to six months and 10 days in jail, all suspended.
