 Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Oct. 3-9:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Mariah Marie Dempsey, 33; Michelle R. Losleben, 35; Guadalupe Maga Pogue, 53; Rhonda Jean Peterson, 49; Miles Merrick Slaughter, 60; Gina Marie Lozar, 34; Gregory Allan Beck, 65; Shauna Callahan, 34.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Mariah Marie Dempsey, 33; G. Grider Howton, 80; Michelle Renee Shepherd, 36.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration: Christopher Connelly, 31; Melissa Michelle Worley, 50; Peter Henry Reum, Jr., 34.

Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Oct. 17-23:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Kathryn M. White, 18; Taylor Johnathan Brown, 31; Skyler Rain Sinclair, 21; Glen Brian Hayes, 57; Anthony Louis James, 24; Paul W. Mitchell, 63; Jonathan Pratt Strickland, 39; David Arthur Jacobs, 68; Jeffrey Turner Darrow, 49; Shawna Christine Norry, 44; Kayleen Jo Uibel, 44.

Martin Gene Wall, 50, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Star YellowHorn, 29, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $3,500. She was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

William D. Olsen, 61, pleaded not guilty to aggravated driving under the influence. He was found guilty and fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 163 suspended.

Joshua Dane Cook, 31, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days credited.

Joella Jean Marx, 53, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

The following individuals forfeited a $100 fine and $35 court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules: Robert W. Barrows, 60; Dalton J. Marmon, 18; Carol Sharp, 55; Mathew F. Lonergan, 41.
