Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following Nov. 7-13:

Jonathan Christopher Stephens, 21, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Jacob Michael Mitchell, 34, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third offense. He was fined $450, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended. 

Brandon Espinoza, 21, pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Espinoza was also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Kurtis Mansfield, 21; Karen Lea Ulrich, 43; Rocky Brook Anderson, 67; Autumn M. Diller, 40.

Frederick B. Gariepy, 56, pleaded guilty to hunting or fishing during closed season, large game animal. He was fined $200, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. All of his hunting, fishing and trapping licenses were suspended for 1 year.

Dillon Ross Graham, 28, forfeited a $100 bond for failure to pay GVW fees.

Bryan Gates Peterson, 19, forfeited a $50 bond for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. Peterson also forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

KO Moua, 32, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Tubbee H. Moua, 25, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Andrew Ramon Zepeda forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for unlawful use of mobile phone.

Rocky Matthew Cote, 31, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Stoney Randall Corcoran, 44, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was charged $35 in court costs.

Diane C. Torres, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
