Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Nov. 14-20:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Jack Raymond Stannard, 22; Thomas Donald Edwards, 42; Constance Cantrell Macure, 46; Keith Carparelli, 47; Marvin Lorenzo Moss, 32; Becky Suzanne Behm-Betterley, 49; Jill Deidre Perkins, 45.

Duane Ovitt, 39, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

James August Fleischhauer, 49, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.

Geoffrey B. Rand, 49, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Jessica Marie Brant, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 days in jail, which must be completed within 6 months.

Clifford Brian Nitschke, 54, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Patricia Lynn Stokes, 83, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Chad Michael Olsen, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. He was fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 4 days in jail with all suspended. Olsen also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $200, and $85 in court costs.

Cory Alan Clausen, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 5 days in jail with 3 days suspended. Clausen also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Dusten Oren Bosworth, 31, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for vehicle maintenance (general).

Mariya Khmelnytska, 47, pleaded guilty to no log book in possession and was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.
