Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Nov. 28-Dec. 4:

Travis Harold Dumont, 22, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. Dumont was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Dumont pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended.

Terry A. Knutson, 59, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $500, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Travis Harold Dumont, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. he was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Carl Thomas Baxter, 26, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended. Baxter pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Philip Irvin Novak, 37, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $165 and $35 in court costs. Novak also pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty to speeding: Angelique Marie Jacobs, 27; Bryan Turbitt, 41.

Hannah Belle Arvidson, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, first offense. She was fined $485, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Mariah Cheff, 19, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal.

Marcy Rae D’Beaupre, 40, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

David Louis Reichman, 81, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Rory Allen Schauss, 53, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $85 and $35 in court costs.

Jonathan Cleveland Goodwin, 41, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

Joe David Thomas, 66, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to pay GVW fees.
