Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Dec. 5-11:

April M. Roth, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $350 and $35 in court costs, forfeited $500 in bonds.

Danielle Leigh Reid, 34, pleaded not guilty to driving without a driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Reid also pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Cody Woodrow Wayman, 25, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $50, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Naomi Schoonover, 46, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Trent Brooks, 38, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Michael Lawrence Dopps, 56, forfeited a $50 bond for parking in prohibited spaces.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Jonah Rick Freeman, 22; Barbara Lynn Heftved, 59.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Robert Elmer Santilli, 62; Elmer K. Moore, 66; Raymond Paul Smith, 54.

Kurt Charles Miller, 63, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit. 

Adam Dale Bishop, 34, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal.

Tifani Anne Engavo, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Engavo also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. She was fined $100 and $85 in court costs. Engavo also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia for $100 and $85 in court costs.

Robert Charles Rider, 17, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to tag. 

Randall Everett Rasmussen, 28, pleaded not guilty to fleeing from or eluding peace officer. He was found guilty and fined $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Rasmussen also pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $35 in court costs.

Jasmine Marie Mousel, 27, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Mousel also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
