Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases April 3-9:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Moillyo Nicholson, 64, fined $20; Brock L. Steller, 20, fined $55; Timothy Robert Veyna, 21, fined $20; Janice Ruth Thomas-Laner, 66; Laura Copland Mamuzich, 56, $20; Megan Rachel Lutke, 20, $20; Joseph M. Stokes, 61, $20; Lora Houle Cole, 79, $85 fine; Jacob Dean Flaget, 23, $40 fine; Adam James Smith, 37, $20 fine; Vickie Lester Whitworth, 60, $20 fine; Treavor Dean Harpine, 22, $55 fine; Tanner D. Gordon, 27, $20 fine; Todd Arthur Charlebois, 55, $55 fine; Matthew Albert Neuman, 22, $20 fine; Rita Marie Moldenhauer, $20 fine; Gavin Ray Fox, 21, $20 fine.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Stephen Harding Ferguson, 59; Tanner Z. Mead, 18; Kolton Rider Johnson, 18; Milton Joseph Ross, 65.

Jo Lynn Leishman, 42, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended. 

Scott Doriel Sor-Lokken, 70, pleaded not guilty to improper passing, in no passing zone. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Jeremy Daniel Devlin, 32, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 BAC or greater, second offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.

Terri A. Douma, 51, pleaded not guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Lorenzo Francisco Munguia, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Todd Allen Somers, 50, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 168 days suspended.

Mariah Eileen Armstrong, 23, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $75 and $35 in court costs. Armstrong also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $75 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Rob R. Hankins, 41, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Heather Paulsen, 43, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Jane Dickson, 55, pleaded guilty to failing to carry or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.
