Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for April 10-16:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Marybeth Anna Valentine, 29, fined $55; Katelyn Elizabeth Green, fined $40; Daniel A. Shestak, 18, fined $20; Steven Richard Funke, 60, fined $75; Ginger Nicole Wersonick, 29, fined $55; Margaret H. Heaphy, 59, fined $40; Eugene Charles Hagreen, Jr., 34, fined $20; Brett Stephen Piane, 34, fined $20; Brynn Lanai Slack, 18, fined $55.

Virginia Mccue, 63, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for stop sign violation. Mccue also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for an additional stop sign violation.

Travous John Snider, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He Was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Snider also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Shawn Ray Raunig, 36, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a vessel in restricted area/manner.

Agni Howell, 44, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.

Grant S. Upton, 33, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Misty Dawn Krahn, 38, pleaded not guilty to driving without a drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Kristina Kavi Bouquet, 42, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for stop sign violation.

Samuel Raymond Friscia, 24, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with both days suspended if no citations in 6 months.

Logan David Hark, 22, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving. Hark also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense.

Shirley Winkelmann Struck, 80, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Daniel James Cartwright, 28, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Edith Livingston Lane, 75, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Candace Jean Sanders, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for violation in use of traffic education learners license.
