Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases  April 24-30:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Abigail Lane, 21, $120 fine; Jeffrey L. Hardin, Jr., 37, fined $85; Ashley Ann Purdy, 52, fined $40; Kayla Dawn Westwood, 21, fined $20; Ely Roy Reynolds, 24, fined $70; Jeremy Reed Feldmann, 42, fined $40; Richard Lee Morris, 64, fined $65; Marie Anttonia Aviles, 48, fined $20; Brenden Richard Hardy, 26; Joseph Albert Yeager, 59, fined $85.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Andrew William Samsel, 30; Daniel Chance Blixt, 25; Lindale Ray Koehn, 50; Robyn Turner Barnard, 52; Edward Lloyd Larson, 56; Charles Jerome Gilson, Jr., 55.

Delta Dawn English-Clark, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $400, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended. English-Clark also pleaded not guilty to habitual offender operating motor vehicle. She was found guilty and find $400, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended. English-Clark also pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance-3rd and subsequent offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended.

Shandy Marie Lozeau, 36, pleaded guilty to displaying fictitious, altered, etc. license plates. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Lozeau pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of any drug (narcotic, etc.), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Lavra Leecrane Arvidson, 28, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Vincent Charles Brummer, 54, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense, or in the alternative of 61-8-406(1) 1st-operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC, first offense. he was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended.

David J. Rodriquez, 38, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.

Matthew Paul Trogden, 26, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Trevor Alan Moss, 27, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.

Ronald Allen Race, 46, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Race also pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Jeffrey Leland Jennison, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs.

Sarah Louis Miller, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Nico Reid, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Juan J. Callejas, 30, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail and 6 days home time.

Charles A. White, 57, forfeited a $75 bond for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.

Roy Carl Brueckmann, 48, forfeited a $125 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Richard A. Green, 43, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph. Greene also forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Kathryn E. Heskett, 22, pleaded guilty to throwing match/cigarette/flame on roadway. She was fined $25 and $35 in court costs. Heskett also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20.

Dallas John Emch, 50, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Christopher Brad Watson, 36, forfeited a $100 fine and $30 in court costs for failing to follow conditions and requirements of permit.
