Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for June 12-18

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Jay Calvin Smith, 27, fine  $20; Sean Alexander Teich, 36, fined $55; Nellie Faith Oreilly, 38, fined $95; Eugene C. Rahn, 64, fined $85; Shelley Lynn Leprowse, 47, fined $20; Clark D. Burton, 60, fined $55; Mackenzie Mae Foust, 19, fined $65.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and were fined $20: Jay Calvin Smith, 27; Todd Franklin Ritter, 43; Nathaniel Michael Stilson, 30; Michael Thomas Sanford, 36.

Trey R. Sinclair, 27, pleaded not guilty to hunting or fishing during closed season, game animal four times. He was found guilty four times and fined $100, $35 court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended for each offense. 

Jessie Herring Miller, 62, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Alexander E. May, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.
 
Whitney Nicole Phillips, 28, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
 
Lacey Lynn McIntyre, 23, pleaded not guilty to operating non-commercial vehicle with THC concentration of 5 ng/ml or greater. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
 
Cy Ann Bailey, 58, pleaded not guilty to operating non-commercial vehicle with THC concentration of 5 ng/ml or greater.
 
She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
 
Raymond M. Yoder, 46, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $150, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
 
Richard James David Peterson, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
 
Brittany Jean Harman, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs.
 
Travis Clayton Jensen, 35, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation and $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
 
Michael Schubert, 25, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She also forfeited a $20 fine for speeding interstate urban, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.
 
Sean Dupuis Perry, 34, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired license, failure to reregister.
 
Avin A. Elliston, 65, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.
 
Joshua Wade Coville, 22, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.
