Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases June 19-25:
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and were fined $20: Darin Graf Haddock, 45; Rachel Dawn Mcneil, 39; Charles Edgar Lyons, 77; Paula Marcell Zimmer, 69; Aidan Mark Reichman, 47.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Rebecca Ann Stolz, 33, fined $20; Samantha Paige Treece, fined $40; Timothy Roger Kittle, 47, fined $20; Aidan Mark Reichman, 20, fined $20; John Doyle Graeme, 66, fined $20.
Rudolph Claude Smith, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Douglas Dennis Lichte, 39, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and was sentenced to jail for 6 months with all suspended.
Kelsey Irene Harris, 18, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. Harris also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of restrictions on instruction permit.
Lennie Olivia Webster, 32, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle-owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
James Michael Larsen, 63, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Jeremy Russell Robson, 36, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.
James M Schmitt, 53, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.
Daniel Santos Ramirez, Jr., 43, pleaded guilty to intoxicated pedestrian, walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.
Aleisha M. Lucia, 24, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs. Lucia also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
