St. Ignatius City Court Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases for June 1-25:

The following individuals were found guilty of local speed violation: Catherine M. Cooney, 55, fined $75; Paul Joseph Roybal, 51, fined $75; Pierce T. Ware, 25, fined $75; Allan Michael Barlow, 55, fined $75; David Scott Hasselbrook, 46, fined $75; Barbara S. Milden, 71, fined $75; Rebecca Ann Stolz, fined $20; Samantha Paige Treece, 19, fined $40; Timothy Roger Kittle, 47, fined $20; Aidan Mark Reichman, 20, fined $20; John Doyle Graeme, 67, fined $20.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Darin Graf Haddock, 45; Rachel Dawn Mcneil, 39; Charles Edgar Lyons, 77; Paula Marcell Zimmer, 69; Aidan Mark Reichman, 20.

Tucker Dale Lytle, 24, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Tucker Dale Lytle, 24, pleaded guilty to local speed violation and was fined $75. Lytle also pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $250, and $35 in court costs.

Darlene Oliver, 39, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized minor to drive. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Wendy Holzinger, 57, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance-third subsequent offense. She was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.

Rudolph Claude Smith, 37, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Austin Steven Bunyea, 19, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC under 21 years of age, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.

Douglas Dennis Lichte, 38, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended. 

Kelsey Irene Harris, 18, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. Harris also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of restrictions on instruction permit.

Lennie Olivia Webster, 32, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

James Michael Larsen, 63, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Jeremy Russell Robson, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.

James M. Schmitt, 42, pleaded guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Aleisha M. Lucia, 24, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.
