POLSON – The Lake County Attorney’s Office has dropped felony distribution of dangerous drugs and sexual abuse of a child charges that were made against a Ronan High School wrestler.
Authorities claimed Cole Snyder, 18, was selling Lortab to other students and manipulated an underage girl into sending him nude photos. A handful of other teens were charged in the drug case, but their records are not public because of their age.
According to paperwork filed by the county attorney, a deferred prosecution agreement has been reached.
