Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Aug. 14-20:

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Alexander Colleen Esterby, 23; Jimmy Hugh Best, 38; Kyler Wayne Oster, 17; Bowen Harrison Glover, 62; Coleton Scott McKay Green, 20; Zadin Alvin Bautista, 18,

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Holli Jo Wilson, 28, fined $95; Danielle Jaime Deroche, 19, fined $55; Michael Gordon Anderson, 31, fined $20; Samuel Thomas Toczylowski, 25, fined $20; Chelsea Tindel Duvall, 41, fined $55; Robert Andrew Cairns, 79, fined $55; Kendell Nicole Foreman, 27, fined $55; Ariel Kathryn Johnson, 24, fined $55; Tyler Andrew Rehbein, 42, fined $55; Allison Leigh Sorenson, 28, fined $40; Jimmie Lee Arrington Jr., 51, fined $40; Jason Villalba, 44, fined $20; Amy Lowndes Webb, 65, fined $20; 

Tatianna Nichole, 26, pleaded guilty to stop sign violation. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Marcus David Cross, 18, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC under 21 years of age, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 7 days suspended and sentenced to 9 days house arrest.

Michael W. Jore, 56, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. 

Nickolas John Feistner, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Steven Branch, 23, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs. Branch also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Branch also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Homer Sam Colman, 32, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury to partner or family member. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Gerald L. Austin, 73, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Jimmy Hugh Best, 38, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail.

Bowen Harrison Glover, 62; pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Hannah C. Vanek, 26, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for person unlawfully moving vehicle into prohibited area.

Aaron Jeffs Wayman, 24, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Dirk Robert Flynn, 30, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $500, $85 in court costs and sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended.

Brandon Cook, 29, forfeitd a $125 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.
