Judge Dennis DeVries dealt with the following cases in Polson City Court from Sept. 1 to Sept. 16:
Charles Lee Baty, 57, pleaded guilty to an amended plea of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with court costs of $35.
Christian Lee Wilson, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances under the age of 21, over age 18, first offense. Wilson was fined $100 with court costs of $85.
Lyle Jay McBroom, 63, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined $1,300 plus $85 court costs and was sentenced to nine days in jail.
Rodrigo Aragon Silva, 59, forfeited $100 bond for a speed limit violation near a school or a senior citizen center. He also paid $35 in court fees.
Gray Lance Cook, 43, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Derrick C. Pluff, 28, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. Pluff was fined $250 plus court costs of $85.
Jessica Nichole Going, 37, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was fined $300 plus $85 court costs and was sentenced to one day in jail with that one day suspended.
