Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 25-Oct. 1:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding; Corey J. Parenteau, 30, fined $55; Candace Jean Sanders, fined $35; Cynthia Louise Damm, 63, fined $40; Marian Eleanor Gore, 52, fined $20; Nancy L. Long, 57, fined $95; Heather Lee Dragoo, 33, fined $20; Rachel K. Cheng, 51, fined $95; Anita Kendall Knapp, 51; fined $65; Allen M. Christiansen, 55, fined $85; Ruth L. Baker, 68, fined $55.

Jeremy Moon, 38, forfeited a $50 and $35 in court costs for change lanes when unsafe to do so.

Kula P. Edward, 52, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Anthony Casimere Marko Jr., 33; Kenneth D. Jennings, 26; Brian G. Freshour, 33. 

Corey J. Parenteau, 30, forfeited a $200 bond and $85 in court fees for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (less than 60 grams), first offense. Panrenteau also forfeited a $100 bond and $85 in court costs for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Carlos Munoz, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Christopher Lee Neubert, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $485 and $35 in court costs with $385 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Kyle Wayne Moderie, 30, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $500 and $85 in court costs with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Mark James J. Johnston, 31, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs with $100 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 days suspended.

Jeremy Dell Samsell, 41, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $500 and $35 in court costs with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Samsel also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Niko Lloyd Jackson, 27, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs with $100 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.

Webb N. Rumpel, 33, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs with $900 suspended. He was also sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Christian M. Ostrem, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Jason W. Crone, 34, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. A deferred imposition of sentence took place and he was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Kiley Sara Eversole, 25, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Richard W. Beck, 70, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found not guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs and sentenced 90 days in jail with all suspended.
