Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Oct. 30-Nov. 5:
Brianna Sue Ingold, 24, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Ingold also pleaded not guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. She was found guilty and fined $100 with $70 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.
Olyvia Hartman, 23, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Hartman also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt and was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. She was also sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.
Renee Anderson Vick, 65, forfeited a $270 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She also forfeited $20 for seatbelt violation.
Timothy George Johnson, 21, forfeited $60 and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. Johnson also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.
Tyis Stroop, 19, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $350 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. He was also sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.
Shane Ray Gasser, 50, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $350 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. He was also sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.
Brett Erik Carlson, 43, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Machaela Daniela Roberts, 18, fined $40; Taylor Jean Winkel, 25, fined $105.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Heath Roy Sanders, 43; Leslie Jay Yellowhorn, 54; Dana Rae Grant, 53.
Christine Ann Cole, 39, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was fined $500 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. She was sentenced to 2 days in jail with all suspended.
Rita Lee Bissegger, 27, forfeited a $50 and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Katie Marie Tryon, 26, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
John Eric Reese, 40, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.
Kyle Trevor Whaley, 50, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no passing zone.
