Polson City Judge Dennis DeVries dealt with the following cases Oct. 18 – Nov. 6:

Jessica Nichole Going, 37, pleaded guilty to criminal contempt. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Alan L. Howlett, 37, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. Howlett was also ordered to pay $35 in restitution.

Randale Quinn Adams, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to five days in jail. Adams was also fined $200 plus $35 in court costs and forfeited a $1,815 bond.

Adams also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty of each offense and ordered to pay $285 in court costs per charge. He also forfeited a $1,815 bond on each offense.

Adams was later cited again for driving while license was suspended or revoked and pleaded guilty to that offense, for which he was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Tashiana Elida Schlensker, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Marcie Faye Jore, 34, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to one day in jail and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Sarah B. Day, 36, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs, and ordered to pay $66.38 in restitution.

David James Bailey, 22, pleaded guilty to not having a motorcycle endorsement. He was found guilty and fined $85 plus $35 in court costs.

Ashley Anna Foster, 25, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $50 plus $35 in court costs, and ordered to pay $1,389.89 in restitution.

Fidencio Ramus Balderas, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs. Balderas also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $100, plus $85 in court costs.

Kyle Joseph Butterhof, 24, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. He was fined $204. 85 plus $85 in court costs, and ordered to pay $4.85 restitution.

Jacob Grebetz, 26, pleaded guilty to failing to have lamps lighted when required. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Macayla Dawn Crandall, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, but over age 18, first offense. She was fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
