Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Nov. 13-19:
William Hutchinson Mcbath, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and one- day of credited time given.
Anna Lynn Fruechte, 22, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $350 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.
Jason Patrick Hofbauer, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
Jack Eugene Mann, 67, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.
Jodi Seifert, 34, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $350 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Samuel Dean Allred, 33; Donald J. Schaefer, 24; Billy Wayne White, 23; Jeffrey Neil Strozzi, 57; Riley R. Dennis, 22.
Donald R. Haugg, 69, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Winslow W. Rattler Jr., 24, fined $55; Mark Michael Jurasek, 58, fined $70; Hannah Bess Lydia Neel, 26, fined $20; Elizabeth Ann Raymond, 55, fined $120; Joshua Carter Mcmurray, 18, fined $55; Rick Alan Morris Jr., 24, fined $85; Carl A. Strand, 23, fined $65.
Steven Wayne Henderson, 45, forfeited a $125 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle with weight greater than the maximum authorized.
