Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Nov. 20-26:

Richard Aceves Espinosa, 50, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, third offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

Allen Dean Lindgren, 53, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Brett Huston Tresidder, 26, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Joshua James Stevens, 26, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding and fined $20: Kelly Lynn Macrow, 49; Roger Eugene Mitchell, 61; Mackenzie Ailenne Arntzen, 19.
