Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Dec. 18, 2015 - Jan. 21, 2016:

Mark R. Gibbons, 51, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Harry Edward Vanbouchaute Jr., 69, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Kennedy Wayne Degitz, 62, forfeited a $50 bond for careless driving.

The following individuals were found guilty of failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator: Tracie Lea Freshour, 37, fined $285; Gary Carl Pichler, 49, fined $285; Kartsten Karl Smith, 51, fined $285; Jimmy Hugh Best, 37, fined $385 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. 

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Sarah Elizabeth Jackson, 37, fined $20; Douglas Dennis Lichte, 39, fined $55; Cheyenne Solario-Bourdon, 22, fined $235; Guy Cornel Hopkins, 60, fined $55; Riley Ann Bourne, 21, fined $55; Brandi Voss, 33, fined $85; James Michael Malley, 23, fined $20; Ken C. Nouque, 51, fined $95; Karl Kent Sorenson, 66, fined $65; Carl Brown Bogren, 25, fined $70; Spencer Marshal Simonson, 16, fined $70; Joshua Quingua Taira, 22, fined $65; Nathaniel James Ingley, 21, $95; Kaylee Shae Wilkins, 18, fined $105; Charles Warren Adams, 68, fined $20; Hipolito Rafael Chacon, 52, fined $85; Nikolay Neverenko, 22, fined $200.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Ashley Raylene Tanner, 15; Courtney Dawn Heath, 18; Keely Anne Benacquista, 27; Keith Alan Laverdure, 28; Hope Ranel, 50; Sabruba Narkebe Rasmussen, 21; Donald George Albert, 69; Jason Andrew Clinkenbeard, 44.

Patrick Kidd Stinson, 35, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-Interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph. Stinson also forfeited $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect-first offense.

Eric S. Dolence, 28, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and 6 days of home time. 

Kayla Jeanette Young, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

David Ryan Criswell, 35, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $600 and $85 in court costs.

Dominic Eastman Colby, 24, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and 6 days of home time.

Jessica Marie Miljies, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Miljies also pleaded not guilty to seatbelt violation. She was found guilty and fined $20.

Alan Stewart, 44, pleaded not guilty to aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended.

Ernest Michael Novakowski, 70, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely, reasonable and prudent.

Randy Kenneth Schock, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended and credited with 2 days.

Kayla Jeannette Young, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. She was fined $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended.

Danny Orville Olson, 66, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for no/bad/inadequate load securement.

Timothy Karl Long, 55, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days in jail.

Benjamin Gunnar Laveson, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $1200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

Riley D. Burke, 29, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined  $600 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Tyler Reed Houle, 17, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Houle also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Lawrence Otis Rutz, 66, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. He was fined $1000 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Harry Suta, 21, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Suta also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Sara Ann Klinge, 28, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Carolos Leroy Post, 73, forfeited an $85 bond for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Cassie Ann Doney, 31, forfeited an $85 bond for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Tanner Z. Mead, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $600 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
