Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Jan. 29-Feb. 4:
The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister: Jennifer Renee Parsley, 29; Sawyer Rose Runkel, 23;
Gloria Jean Curl, 64, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.
Roy Eugene Jacobs, 54, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Kyle Robert Peaker, 30; Justin Andrew Hoel, 23; Darwin Alan Hensley, 50; Robin Earlaine Lamar, 47.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Melissa Avrett Meuter, 37, fined $20; Connor Speer Labreche, $70.
